Development program for the managers of the State IT Centre "Principles of Successful Management"

As a result of completing the training, the managers' understanding of management principles was aligned and reinforced, and RIT's new managers share similar management-related values. The development program consisted of 4 individual training days and a 3-hour summary seminar after the last module, including group mentoring with all the trainers.
