Membership criteria
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on team or people-leadership experience;
- Proven experience in international business — exports, cross-border operations, or working with foreign markets and partners;
- Willingness to be recommended as a collaboration partner within the network;
- Openness to share experience and mentor peers across Estonia, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia;
