Make Estonia the country with the best leadership and work culture in the world — and export those competences globally.
Our partnerships reach far beyond Estonia. We have offices in Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia, where our development programmes and trainings are exclusively developmental and high-impact. Together with us, you genuinely help make the world smarter.
What we stand for.
Curiosity
We are curious explorers. We want to learn, test new methods and stay a step ahead — always asking how we can do this even better.
Courage
We say what we think, take on risky or seemingly utopian challenges, step out of our comfort zone — and dare to say no when needed.
Helpfulness
We share knowledge generously, ask for help when we need it and support our people. We don't look for who to blame — we look for solutions.
Collaboration
We work towards a shared goal. Everyone contributes their part, complementing the team rather than duplicating it. A shared problem is half a problem.
36 years of impact across Estonia, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia.
Visionest Institute is an Estonian training and consulting house working across Estonia, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia. We design and run export, leadership and organisational-development programmes with practising experts, combining online and in-person learning, mentoring, coaching and hands-on work so teams can apply what they learn straight away. Our public journal collects stories from our projects, partner organisations and long-term impact — drawing on more than three decades of archives now brought online.
