Grow Global is a practical export programme for Ukrainian companies scaling internationally and for specialists building careers in international trade. Delivered by Visionest Institute together with the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development and the Diia.Business national project, funded by ESTDEV — Estonia's Centre for International Development Cooperation.
Approach
Two tracks delivered through Diia.Business: (1) a company track for Ukrainian businesses building or scaling exports to EU markets, with training, mentoring and matchmaking; (2) a career track for specialists starting or growing a career in international trade.
Result
Companies leave with a ready market-entry plan and practical export tools; specialists earn an international certificate from Visionest Institute and are matched with export-ready companies.
