1 step forward toward export diversification. Visionest launched mentorship for Armenian companies
10 Armenian exporting companies are taking the next step in their export journey.

The new mentorship phase of the Export Acceleration Programme is now underway. 10 Armenian companies from diverse sectors will work directly with experienced international experts.
In the framework of the Export Acceleration Programme, Visionest Institute has launched a Mentorship Programme designed to provide selected Armenian companies with an additional layer of practical, targeted support as they move closer to international markets.
The programme officially kicked off with an online opening event on September 17, bringing together the selected companies and introducing them to the international mentors who will support them throughout the programme.
What is the goal?
The goal of the mentoring is to help the selected companies move from export planning to practical implementation by addressing company-specific barriers, strengthening market-entry decisions and accelerating export growth through targeted 1:1 support from relevant international experts.
Each company will receive guidance tailored to its own export ambitions, products and target markets.
Visionest brings international expertise
Throughout the mentorship, international experts with 10-20 years of experience in the specific market will work closely with selected companies to provide practical insights to help them identify the barriers between them and their target market and determine how to address them.

From food to pharma: companies are from diverse sectors
The 10 participating companies come from a diverse range of sectors, including food and beverage, dairy, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, logistics, water, publishing, and media.
During the mentorship, companies will work on some of the key barriers that can determine whether an export opportunity becomes a real business relationship. These include identifying and approaching the right distributors and partners, selecting promising target markets, understanding regulatory and certification requirements, adapting products and packaging to international expectations, improving labeling and shelf-life solutions, and developing reliable and cost-efficient logistics and supply chains.
With 10 companies now entering the mentorship phase, the focus shifts from “Where should we export?” to “What do we need to do to get there?”
By creating pathways for businesses to access knowledge, experience, and new perspectives, Visionest contributes to building stronger foundations for sustainable export growth in Armenia.
The programme is funded by the Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV) and implemented by Visionest Institute.
