During the programme participants acquire modern tools for finding international clients, analysing target markets, building partnerships, shaping the value proposition, running negotiations and systematically managing the sales pipeline to grow export sales. Individual mentoring and practical company challenges

At the heart of the programme is solving real companies' export and sales challenges. Under mentors' guidance, participants work on companies' actual tasks — from finding new clients and cooperation partners and analysing international markets to developing the B2B sales process, negotiations and international cooperation. Individual mentoring helps set clear goals, apply what has been learned to the company's needs and find practical solutions for developing international sales and exports. Mentors — international sales and export practitioners — support participants in preparing client meetings, running negotiations, building the sales pipeline and localising the value proposition for target markets. For companies this means faster time-to-first-deal, a more mature export process and measurable growth in international sales.

Frequently asked questions

What does participation cost for a company?+

There is no participation fee — the programme is free of charge for companies, funded by the European Social Fund+. The company's contribution is hiring the specialist and taking an active part in the practical work.

What is the registration deadline?+

Company registration is open until 21 September 2026. The earlier you register, the more time we have to map your need before the matchmaking conversations.

What exactly does our company commit to?+

Employing the specialist you choose during the programme (the employment contract or other form of cooperation is confirmed by 20 October 2026 at the latest), taking an active part in the practical work, and supporting the specialist's development. The hiring decision is always yours.

How much of the specialist's time does the programme take?+

The development programme runs from November 2026 to March 2027 — one module per month, combining e-learning, workshops and assignments done on your company's real export tasks. The work done during the programme benefits your company directly.

In what language does the programme run?+

In English — sessions, materials and mentoring. Candidates are required to have C1-level English.

How are candidates selected?+

We map your need and arrange matchmaking conversations in September 2026, where all companies meet all candidates. We do not pre-select anyone and we do not send candidate profiles in advance. You run the final interviews and make the decision.
