Programme content and learning outcomes
Five practical modules, a personal mentor and mentor meetings over five months — everything you learn on the Grow Global programme, and when.
Why this programme matters
Growth for Estonian companies depends on exports, yet people with export sales experience are scarce. Opening a new market takes experience, language skills and an international network — none of which is learned in a month.
The Grow Global programme is built so that those skills are formed through real work: every module solves a real export task for a real company, with personal mentoring running alongside the whole way.
How the programme is built
The programme runs for five months: November 2026 – March 2027. Each month is one module, made up of a preparation week (week -1), an opening day (week 0) and three study weeks (I, II, III). Learning is practical — every module solves a real export task for a real company.
Before the programme starts there is a preparation phase: info sessions, an online job fair, matchmaking between companies and candidates, and the Opening Day. Personal mentoring runs alongside the whole programme.

Mentoring programme
Every participant has a personal mentor. Six meetings are recommended:
- Meeting 1 (October 2026) — getting to know each other, expectations and personal goals.
- Meeting 2 (November 2026) — applying the export strategy in your company's context.
- Meeting 3 (December 2026) — value proposition and first customer contacts.
- Meeting 4 (January 2027) — feedback on client meetings and offers.
- Meeting 5 (February 2027) — visibility, network and digital tools.
- Meeting 6 (March 2027) — wrap-up, next steps and career plan.
Finishing the programme
The closing event takes place on 8 April 2027, 10.00–16.00: participants present their results, companies give feedback, certificates are handed over and further cooperation is agreed.
Follow-up mentoring continues in April 2027 so that the first months in the new role go smoothly.
