Programme overview

The primary goal of this service is to support the growth and development of ambitious companies within the fashion sector. This includes assisting them in entering new foreign markets and/or expanding their presence in existing international markets.

The project successfully delivered over 150 hours of mentoring services to 10 fashion industry companies. Each participating company received a minimum of 15 hours of individual mentoring.

A significant impact of the program was the enhancement of participants' knowledge across several critical business areas. These areas included export business models, sustainability practices, insights from international designers, understanding current fashion trends, and effective pricing strategies.

Participants demonstrated substantial knowledge growth in competitive analysis, export and growth strategies, and overall profitability. On average, the knowledge increase among participating companies throughout the mentor program was 20%.

Participant satisfaction was rigorously monitored throughout the project. Following each mentoring session, companies were asked to rate their satisfaction levels. The average satisfaction score for the mentoring sessions was 7.5 on a 10-point scale, indicating a high level of contentment among participants.

The average knowledge growth during the mentoring program was 20%.
