Programme overview

A practical programme designed for Armenian companies ready to grow through export. With international trainers and mentors, you build a strategic export plan tailored to your company — assessing readiness, choosing markets, and overcoming barriers in logistics, regulations and pricing.

The programme combines short videos on Talent LMS, live Zoom workshops, company-based assignments and personal feedback. Throughout, you work on your own export plan; the 10 most active companies continue into a 1:1 mentoring track in September–November 2026.

Implemented by Visionest Institute (Estonia), funded by ESTDEV — the Estonian Centre for International Development — in cooperation with Armenian partners.
