О программе
The core objective of this project was to successfully implement a high-quality export program for a targeted group of companies and participants. This comprehensive program incorporated various digital tools and methodologies, including webinars, online consultations, and virtual client meetings, all conducted in a virtual environment.
The primary goals of the export program were multifaceted. Firstly, it aimed to enable more companies to enter new foreign markets faster and more successfully through the adoption of a systematic approach. Secondly, it sought to elevate the readiness for export and enhance the sales capabilities of export managers, with a particular emphasis on virtual selling skills.
Furthermore, the program intended to reduce the inefficiencies often caused by inadequately considered decisions when entering new markets. A significant objective was also to increase the utilization of digital sales channels, recognizing their growing importance in international trade.
The program yielded significant results. A total of 46 companies fully completed the program, demonstrating a strong commitment to its objectives. Additionally, 51 companies successfully developed a systematic export approach plan, indicating a tangible output in terms of strategic planning for international expansion.
The impact on participating companies was substantial. They gained a unique opportunity to learn from top-tier foreign trainers who were themselves successful in the Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German markets. This provided broad-ranging advice from experts specifically tailored to their target markets.
Companies received a systematic framework for the activities and preparations required for entering new markets, with a particular focus on developing and implementing crucial digital sales channels. The program also facilitated opportunities for participants to initiate negotiations with potential partners in their target markets through individual virtual client meetings.
Participants acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to enter new foreign markets (Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Germany) more quickly and efficiently. They implemented export plans and initiated processes essential for successful expansion into these new markets. Through the program, companies identified potential partners and essential industry contacts, thereby increasing their overall awareness of export dynamics.
Participant satisfaction was high, with companies giving an average quality rating of 8.3 out of 10 for the training program.
One participant shared positive feedback, stating, “Such a pleasant experience for me; such extensive work has been done by the organizers. I learned a GREAT DEAL. If in the future I want to sell something massively for export, I will definitely use many systematic principles from your program.”
