Grow Global helps Estonian companies build or scale exports to international markets and strengthens their teams with trained export-development specialists. Participants get a ready market-entry plan, mentoring, and an international certificate from Visionest Institute.
Grow Global Ukraine
Grow Global helps Ukrainian companies enter and scale exports to EU markets and prepares specialists for careers in international trade. Delivered via the Diia.Business national project — from start-up to scale-up, with free consultations, export support and practical tools.

Capacity building for 11 municipalities of Ukraine's Zhytomyr region in strategic planning, implementation and investment readiness — turning wartime challenges into investment-ready projects with Estonian and European expertise.

Perspektiiv — Regional support programme for women
Regional employment inclusion programme for non-Estonian-speaking women aged 40–64 in Ida-Virumaa, delivered through trained Sillaloojad (bridge-builders).
Tourism Incubator – Ida-Virumaa
A free adult training programme in Ida-Virumaa for people who want to start or grow an environmentally friendly tourism business — seven online modules, local mentors, pilot cohort August–December 2026.
